Mobility – paving the way for true access to Europe!
Studying in a foreign country, regardless of the length of stay, allows young people to question their habits and discover other approaches to learning.
Whether it is an internship and/or a study abroad programme, living in another country is a considerable asset in learners’ careers, facilitating professional integration and admissions into institutions of higher learning.
What are the benefits of NETINVET for European mobility?
The NETINVET European network promotes recognised mobility in vocational training in the sectors of international trade and transport & logistics.
Specifically, it has developed resources to enable learners from these sectors to undertake part of their studies in a foreign Member State, while allowing them to validate all or part of one or more units of certification pursued in the host country. The validation of units acquired abroad will be recognised by their home school. Thus, learners will not need to validate the knowledge and the skills acquired during their mobility experience a second time.
In sum, the NETINVET network offers:
- The chance to acquire additional theoretical knowledge and/or practical experience in learners’ fields of study while discovering other countries and improving their language skills.
- The chance to maintain and definitively validate the knowledge and skills acquired in the training placement without re-assessment, through the development and implementation of shared references.
- A private member space in the website dedicated to learners, offering practical and effective tools to organise and follow up on mobility with peace of mind.
